i have been to the last 3 sun-n-fun's in lakeland fl and have come to the conclusion that if i want to see different brands flying i need to go somewhere else!!april in fla is almost always windy.it seems last year there were some flying 8:00to maybe 9:30 but it really was windy and the runway is narrow...way to narrow for any crosswind.i think there were 5-6 dealers there i remember blue heron, powrachute, evolution(?)never heard of them but they had a stainless steel frame,i think buckeye, soaring concepts, maybe one or two others...Anyways,everyone was friendly enough just no chance to see them fly...i talked last to a lady from blue heron she said some were flying before the place opened up...so if you want to talk to different dealers there are some to talk to but unless you can stay late in day(wind may die)you wont get a chance to really see much in the air in the way of ppc's IMOH i guess i'll just save up for an airframes unlimited and be happy jeff

jeff

sorry to hear about the winds at snf
sadly, thats the story here also, 12 months out of the year.

we have a stiff sse wind here (avgs 18-25 mph) that blows 24/7 with the only relief being occasional northers.

makes it hard to take customers up :)

wish you nothing but the best as you seek the perfect ppc for your needs,

don

Did you see Joe Albanese or Jacques from Paraski? I know Joe had more motorhome trouble on his way down.
