Airfun nice pic! I always enjoy flying down there. Every shot the gap that's straight across the lakebed from the hot tub? Or have you ever went over the top of the 9500' mountain? You gotta do that one right at daylight or the winds get pretty scary up there.

We had only stopped there for one day, I stayed on the lakebed. Mountains and gaps I can find anywhere, several square miles of flat terrain and a completely flat unshaped wind was something new I wanted to play with :)

Yes that is fun too. I remember one day just flying like 1 foot from touching down for a several miles. It's actually very challenging and requires teeny tiny throttle changes. Every now and then I would lose it and have to flare for a touchdown or I would feel some sink and punch in too much power and end up 15 feet above the lake.. Good times. I can't wait.. I'll be doing that again on Sept 19th.
