Amarillo, TX flyers invite you to their gathering near Silverton, TX. They will gather at Lake Mac Kenzie Park about 40 mi. southeast of Amarillo. Camp sites with water and elect. are available. They plan to do a cross country trip across the Palo Duro canyon. There will be a pot luck, carry in, cook out Saturday evening

This is the third year for this event and we always have a great time. The canyon makes for some interesting flying and there are always some interesting kites around if the wind comes up.
