Where are we supposed to report accidents to now? Ultralightaccidents.org seems to be gone. Do we just report them to the organization we're registered under such as Aerosports?

Jerry,
I encourage anyone with any type of incident to post the information to the Incidents Database category on this Forum.
The old database hasn't been updated in years, and I have all of the old information from that site on this Forum.
This site isn't going anywhere, and all incidents, regardless of perceived size or scope, are vital information to all of us who fly PPC's.

Bruce,
I agree. I'm embarrassed about the entire event and really don't wish to become more of a laughing stock than I already feel I am. Then again, I've been treated well by the people on this forum and feel a kinship with them. I'll post the details here for the education and / or enjoyment of the forum.
But that aside, my agreement with Aerosports.org where my BFI and craft are registered _requires_ me to log the event in the Incidence database. I contacted them this weekend to see if that's still required and they assured me that it is, but didn't give me any information on how I should be doing so.
I joined aerosports at the suggestion of my instructor. I like the magazine but I'm not sure they're really helping me. I have to pull any information I need from them, it's never offered. Their web site is nearly impossible to navigate and I'm constantly wondering about my BFI status. I never know what reports need to be made when and to whom and on what form.
Anyway, back to this accident, any clues on what I'm required to do?
